How to: Display or hide the style area in a document.
Solution:
Select 'Options...' from the 'Tools' menu and click the 'View' tab. Type a number greater than zero in the 'Style Area Width' box to display, or zero to hide the style area.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The 'Options' dialog box appears.)
2) Click the 'View' tab.
3) Do one of the following in the 'Window' group:
a) To display the style area, type a width greater than zero in the 'Style Area Width' box.
b) To hide the style area, type '0' (zero) in the 'Style Area Width' box.
4) Click 'OK'.
